Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Clourou (“Clourou”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use Clourou, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the marketing site and the app.

Information we collect

• Account — your email address and authentication details.
• Routines & prompts — the instructions and schedules you create.
• Run output — the results your routines produce, stored so you can review them.
• Connection credentials — tokens for the tools (MCP servers) you connect, encrypted at rest.
• Billing — your prepaid balance, top-ups, and subscription status, handled by our payments processor.
• Technical — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this data to run your routines on schedule, deliver results in-app and by email, process billing, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.

Sub-processors

Tools you connect over MCP are third parties you choose; your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Security

Secrets such as access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Outbound connections are checked to block requests to internal networks (SSRF protection), OAuth tokens refresh automatically, and a spend cap you control limits what any account can run.

Data retention

We keep your routines and their results until you delete them or close your account. You can delete a routine and its run history at any time from the app.

Your choices

You can access, export, or delete your data from within Clourou, or by emailing us. Closing your account removes your routines and stored results.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Changes

We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
