Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Clourou, operated by Clourou (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Clourou lets you schedule an AI agent to run tasks on a cadence, connect tools over MCP, and receive the results in-app and by email.

Your account

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Clourou.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Clourou for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Don’t attempt to break, overload, or probe the service or its safeguards.
• Respect the terms of any third-party tools you connect over MCP.
• Don’t use routines to send spam or to scrape in violation of others’ terms.

Plans & billing

• New accounts start with $5 in free credit.
• After that, usage is pay-as-you-go: top up a prepaid balance and we meter the cost of each run against it.
• Pro is an optional $20/month subscription for higher limits and priority; usage is still drawn from your balance.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant-of-record. Consumed usage is non-refundable except where required by law.

AI output

Results are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You’re responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. Clourou does not provide professional advice.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you provide and the output your routines produce. We retain all rights in the Clourou software and brand.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clourou is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Clourou and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
