Keyword mention alerts to Telegram

Three times a day, an agent searches the web for fresh mentions of your brand or keywords and pings your Telegram the moment something new shows up — deduped, so you only hear about it once.

The instructions
Three times a day, check the web for new mentions of my keywords and alert me on Telegram when
something fresh turns up.

My keywords: <list them — e.g. my brand "Clourou", my name, or a product like "cloud agent
routines">.

1. Use web search to find mentions of each keyword from roughly the last few hours — news, blog
posts, forum threads, social. Focus on genuinely recent items, not old pages that always rank.

2. Keep a short memory of what you've already alerted me about (by URL) so you never send the same
mention twice. Only new-since-last-run items count.

3. For each new mention, send a Telegram message with send_message (it goes to the chat id saved on
my Telegram connection): the source, a one-line summary, the sentiment (positive / neutral /
negative), and the link. If there are several, send one concise message listing them rather than
   spamming me.

If there's nothing new this run, send nothing — silence means all quiet. If Telegram rejects the
send because the chat can't be found, tell me the bot must be started first.

🔔 New mention — “Clourou”

• Hacker News thread “Show HN: I scheduled an AI agent to run my ops” mentions Clourou in a
top comment as the tool the author switched to. Sentiment: positive.
  → news.ycombinator.com/item?id=…

• r/SaaS post comparing routine schedulers lists Clourou alongside two competitors, notes the
MCP connectors as the differentiator. Sentiment: neutral.

By the time a mention reaches you through a weekly report, the moment to reply has passed. This routine watches for you around the clock: a few times a day it searches the web for fresh mentions of your brand or keywords and pings your Telegram the instant something new appears — so you can jump on a thread or thank a customer while it still matters.

How it works

  • The agent uses built-in web search — no extra connector — to find recent mentions of each keyword,
  • then posts new ones to your chat with your Telegram bot.
  • It remembers what it's already flagged and only alerts you to genuinely new items, so you're not
  • pinged twice for the same mention.
  • Each alert carries the source, a one-line summary, sentiment, and a direct link — enough to decide
  • whether to act without leaving Telegram. A quiet run stays silent.

Make it yours

  • Track a competitor's name, a product category, or a campaign hashtag instead of — or alongside —
  • your own brand.
  • Tighten or loosen the cadence: hourly during a launch, once a day when things are calm.
  • Route alerts to a shared channel so your whole team sees them; add your bot to the channel and
  • save that channel's id on the connection. Keep "Email me the result" on if you also want a
  • running log in your inbox.

Message your bot once first so it's allowed to write to you (a bot can't open a conversation on its own), then save your chat id on the Telegram connection. The routine only ever posts the alerts these instructions describe.
