Weekly SEO health report
Every Monday, get your site's SEO vitals from Ubersuggest — traffic, keyword movement, new and lost backlinks — compared against last week and your competitors.
Every Monday, pull my site's SEO vitals from Ubersuggest and send me a health report. My domain: <yourdomain.com>. Competitors to compare against: <up to 3 competitor domains>. 1. Domain overview: estimated organic traffic, total organic keywords, and domain authority — each with the change versus last week's report (you have last week's numbers in your memory of prior runs; on the first run just report the baseline). 2. Keyword movement: which keywords gained or lost the most positions this week. Call out anything that entered or dropped out of the top 10. 3. Backlinks: new and lost backlinks since last week, with the linking domain and its authority. Flag any lost link from a high-authority domain. 4. One comparison table: my domain versus the competitors on traffic, keywords, and authority. Keep it to one overview per domain so the run stays light. End with the single most useful action for this week, in one sentence — and if nothing meaningful changed, say so plainly.

Most teams check their SEO numbers the same way: sporadically, in a panic, after traffic already dropped. This routine makes it a boring Monday habit instead — Ubersuggest pulls your domain's vitals, compares them to last week and to your competitors, and the report is in your inbox before your first coffee.
How it works
- It reads your domain overview, keyword movements, and backlink changes from Ubersuggest each
- week, and remembers the previous run so every number comes with a direction, not just a value.
- Competitor domains get the same one-line treatment, so you see relative movement — the number
- that actually matters.
- One overview per domain keeps each run small, well inside a normal Ubersuggest plan's daily
- limits.
Make it yours
- Swap in your real domain and the two or three competitors you actually lose deals to.
- Ask it to watch a specific keyword set (your money pages) instead of the whole domain.
- Route it to a shared inbox or a Slack connection so the whole team sees the same Monday numbers.
