Granola
Run a scheduled AI agent on your Granola — unattended.
Automate Granola by giving your Clourou routines access to your meeting notes so they can read what was discussed and turn it into recaps, follow-ups, and action items. A scheduled AI agent handles the judgment-shaped part — deciding what mattered in a call and writing it up — on a schedule, without you reopening a single meeting. Run Granola on a schedule to keep decisions and next steps from slipping between calls.
What you can automate
- Daily meeting recap: Pull the day's meetings each evening and summarize the decisions and action items into one tidy digest.
- Weekly action-item roundup: Collect every action item assigned to you across the week's meetings into a single checklist to close out.
- Follow-up drafts: Draft a follow-up note from a meeting's notes so it's ready to send.
- Standup rollup: Summarize your standup notes into a short status you can drop into a project board or channel.
- Decision log: Extract the decisions made across a week's meetings into a running log so the "what did we agree on" is easy to find later.
Connecting
Click Connect on the Connections page and authorize via Granola's OAuth flow — each person connects their own Granola account. Clourou can then read your meeting notes and draft recaps and follow-ups from them — it only acts when a routine explicitly asks it to.
Granola's MCP requires a paid Granola plan. On an enterprise/workspace account it's in early-access beta and off by default — an admin must enable it in Settings → Security first.

Yes. You set a cadence — for example each evening or every Friday — and the agent runs on its own, so nothing depends on you triggering it.
No. Clourou works from the notes Granola has already captured; it does not join meetings or record audio itself. It reads and summarizes what Granola makes available.
