The instructions
Every Friday afternoon, comb through this week's Granola meetings and give me one consolidated
action-item checklist so nothing carries over unnoticed.

Review all of my meetings from the past 7 days and pull out every action item, commitment, and
follow-up. Then:

- Group them into "Mine" (assigned to me) and "Delegated / waiting on others".
- For each item, note the meeting it came from and any due date mentioned.
- Flag anything that sounds overdue or time-sensitive at the top.

Deduplicate items that came up in more than one meeting. Keep it a tight checklist, not prose. If there
were no action items this week, say so in one line.

By Friday, half the week's commitments are buried across a dozen sets of meeting notes. This routine reads all of them, pulls out every action item, and sends one deduplicated checklist — yours and the ones you're waiting on — so you close the week knowing exactly what's still open.

How it works

  • It uses Granola to scan the past week's meeting notes and extract every action item and follow-up.
  • You get one grouped checklist in your inbox each Friday, with time-sensitive items flagged first.
  • It deduplicates repeats and separates your tasks from what you've delegated.

Make it yours

  • Run it Monday morning instead to plan the week ahead from last week's loose ends.
  • Narrow it to a project or client by keyword, or widen the window to a full sprint.
  • Pair it with Asana or Notion so the agent can also create the tasks, not just list them.
